“Shady business practice. Only 30 day warranty on labor. Brand new unit installed in Nov 2024, failed in June 2025 due to incorrect installation which was short-cycling my compressor. Lennox (Mfr) wouldn't do anything without diagnostic from authorized repair companies and these guys wanted $195 to come out. I went with another Lennox authorized dealer to correct the improper installation.”
